Understand your work before you change it.
WHAT'S HAPPENING?
You built the career you were supposed to build. You worked hard. You became competent. You kept growing.And...somewhere along the way, work stopped feeling like a place you could hear yourself think.Maybe you're fantasizing about quitting. Maybe you're wondering whether you've simply outgrown this season. Maybe you're exhausted by how much of yourself it takes just to get through the week.Whatever it is, you don't need another stranger telling you what to do.You need space to understand what's actually happening before you decide what comes next. That's the work I do.
I help ambitious women understand why work no longer feels the way they hoped it would.Together, we untangle the patterns that keep repeating, reconnect with the parts of you that have gone quiet, and build a deeper understanding of your relationship with work. From there, we experiment toward a way of working that feels more like yours. My practice blends psychodynamic coaching, somatic work, and practical experimentation because understanding is only the beginning. The real work is learning to relate to yourself differently.

About Your Guide
Hi, I'm Diane!I call myself an (Anti) Career Coach because I don't believe the first question is, "What should I do next?" I think it's, "What's actually happening here?"My background is in higher education, recruiting, and consulting. For years I helped people make career decisions while wondering why so many successful people still felt disconnected from the lives they'd worked so hard to build. That question eventually became my practice. These days I help people understand the relationship they've built with work and what it's asking of them now.Sometimes that leads to staying. Sometimes it leads to leaving. More often than not, it changes the relationship they have with work altogether.I'm based in Los Angeles and love making jewelry and running very, very slowly. If you're curious about my education, training, and credentials, LinkedIn has you covered.
